This TravelBox Technology module is currently
under development. Once available, it will allow online customers
to use nothing more than a web browser to chat online, with no need
to download any software. The module will allow a customer to chat
with one of your representatives simply by typing their question
in a box on your web page. This message will then appear in an operator
window, allowing your customer representative to respond in real
time. “TravelChat Module” will come with an intelligent
suite of functions that allows you to see exactly which page the
visitor is browsing when they initiate a chat session, thereby enabling
you to provide more helpful information and sales guidance. It will
also feature an intelligent audio chat facility, which will automatically
generate different greetings, or helpful tips and / or sales advice
for different web pages. You will also be able to integrate “TravelChat
Module” with either B2B or B2C web sites, or trade clients’
web sites, as well as with any other type of travel and tourism
suppliers’ website.
