Reservations Manager is a Advance Range of Travel travel reservation system solutions and flight booking software which helps in travel and Tourism business

The front end of TravelBox Technology, the “Reservations Manager Module” allows your call centre staff, home workers or desk-based reservations staff anywhere to create new reservations using real-time information, or monitor and edit existing reservations, all within a single interface. You can also check all real-time information on sales by location, brand or individual staff performance. Specific reporting and searching allows sales staff to obtain details of clients’ bookings, past and present, within seconds.

Creates invoice headers by default, depending on the brochure / brand under which the booking is made; this option can be overridden, if required

Booking facilities

Displays prices / availability and books individual components: flights, accommodation, cars, cruises, etc. Prices and commissions shown are broken down by components booked.

Displays prices / availability and books pre-built packages.

Displays pre-built packages and amends / adds / changes items booked (known as “Semi-Dynamic Packaging”).

Chooses, creates and books any mix of products with multiple stops and books with a single price shown (known as “Dynamic Packaging” or “Tailor-Made” packaging).
Builds quotes for components (flights, accommodation, cars, cruises, etc), changes them if required, files them under a quote reference and / or then converts into a booking via the “Process” Wizard.

Holds quotes for pre-built packages (e.g. brochures, tactical offers) and converts them into booking(s) via the “Process” Wizard.

Makes changes to pre-built packages and Semi-Dynamic packages by adding / removing new components.

Builds quotes for Dynamic Packages, changes them if required, files them under a quote reference and / or convert them into booking(s) via the “Process” Wizard, as and when required.

Selects items to include in a quote so that a different price can be given for different items selected in a single booking; holds more then one itinerary quote in a single quote file / number. Assigns a quote reference number with or without client ID, which can be allocated in the future.

Books or creates quotes as an enquiry, with or without a specific Client ID, which can be assigned at a later date.

Obtains client (trade / direct) information using IDs allocated or the quick search facilities. Displays client set-up contact details, agreements, discount parameters, payment agreements, credit limits, etc.

Works on multiple bookings at once (e.g. new booking(s), partly completed booking(s), and displays past booking(s) and quote(s)).

Automatically allocates and reviews full pricing / commission paid / tax (e.g. Vat / GST) and payment (deposit, balance due, handling charges, etc) information.

Changes deposit / balance due amounts, if within user authority.

Shows full pricing and costing information by individual passenger(s) / group / both, as required, as long as the user is authorised.

Displays supplier information, if required.

Enters notes for booking under “general notes” and for each product item booked; these notes can be printed on all documentation (invoices, itineraries, vouchers, etc), and can be added to / edited / queued.

Switches easily between bookings (a single mouse click).

Displays full booking itineraries for each individual product item booked with just one click.

Displays all booking constraints allocated to a brand / brochure.

Adds new supplements to bookings as and when required.

Seamlessly shows own prices and inventories, as well as third-party prices and inventories, without user input.

Searches prices / inventories only for third-party product providers, if required.

Features a native CRS window that allows for traditional booking methods, if required. Grabs existing / newly created CRS PNR and auto prices, and holds as booking(s). Adds other components to build a Dynamic Package, as required.

Sends queued bookings to other users with notes for action or points to be clarified. Each queued action is tracked with a time / date stamp and can be monitored to show if the receiving user has carried out the actions required.

Takes payments via credit card and obtains real-time authorisation.

Displays the history of every action taken on a booking, which is recorded using a time / date stamp.

Changes option date(s) allocated if access rights given for this action.

Enters media codes to track booking sources for marketing purposes.

Amends booking(s) made; all charges are shown to users before they are carried out.

Cancels existing booking(s) and displays amendment / cancellation charges.
