if the bank is to serve two or more linguistic communities.
Ru-bank Language Manager achieves this by allowing all customer
account details to be recorded in either English or Sinhala/Tamil
according to the preference of the customer. Similarly, all statements
and other customer documentation will automatically be printed off
in the customer’s language of choice.
